• The work will start after 60% of Advance Payment.
• Any Misbehave with our Team Mates or Employee, the contract or deal will immedialtely been cancel and no refund will be initiated at any circumstances. Your all data will also be erased, you have no right to claim it back.
• If the client is not paying the amount in given time period on which deal is done, the contract/deal will immediately cancel and all the data of client can also be erased. The client have no right to claim it back in any circumstances.
• If the client is leaving our company or breaking the contract with his/her choice, the company will not be responsible for their data.
• The development or maintenance work time can be more than given time period, according to availability of our developers. 
• The changes will done only once, if you or your team will not accept that design or page, you have to charge 2000 per page change from next time.
• All disputes are subject to odisha jurisdiction only.
