Terms and Conditions

1. At Ketpy Digital, These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services and business with us, including custom software development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, any software development or services and other related services. By accessing our website or availing of our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us” refers to Ketpy Digital.
  • “Client” or “You” refers to the individual or entity engaging with our services.
  • “Services” refers to the range of solutions provided by Ketpy Digital, including but not limited to software development, website and app development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.
  • “Agreement” refers to this Terms & Conditions document.

3. Services 3.1 Ketpy Digital offers services in software development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and more, tailored to the needs of our clients worldwide. 3.2 The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be mutually agreed upon and documented in a service agreement or contract. 3.3 We retain the right to update or modify our service offerings without prior notice.

4. Payments & Refund Policy 4.1 Clients are required to make an advance payment of 60% of the total project cost before the commencement of any work. 4.2 The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the final delivery of the project. 4.3 Refund requests can only be initiated within 48 hours of project commencement. After this period, no refunds will be processed. 4.4 In case of project termination by the client after 48 hours, the advance payment will not be refunded. 4.5 Additional costs incurred due to scope changes requested by the client will be billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities 5.1 The client must provide accurate and complete project requirements before the commencement of the work. 5.2 Timely communication and approvals from the client’s side are necessary to ensure smooth project execution. 5.3 The client must ensure that any provided materials, such as text, images, or other content, do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Project Timelines & Delays 6.1 We strive to meet agreed deadlines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 6.2 Any delay caused by the client’s failure to provide required resources, approvals, or communication will not be the responsibility of Ketpy Digital. 6.3 If delays occur due to technical issues or factors beyond our control, we will notify the client and discuss a feasible resolution.

7. Intellectual Property Rights 7.1 The intellectual property rights of custom-built software, designs, and marketing content will be transferred to the client upon full payment. 7.2 Ketpy Digital reserves the right to use general code snippets, frameworks, and design elements in other projects. 7.3 The client grants Ketpy Digital permission to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality 8.1 Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential. 8.2 Ketpy Digital will not share client data or project details with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 Ketpy Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 9.2 We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to the misuse or improper implementation of our software or digital solutions.

10. Termination of Services 10.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, provided all outstanding dues are settled. 10.2 In the event of a breach of contract or violation of these terms, Ketpy Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately without a refund.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 11.2 Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of India.

12. Amendments & Updates 12.1 Ketpy Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. 12.2 Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through an announcement on our website.

13. Any Misbehaving with our Team or Misleading the Team can terminate the project / contract instant without any information and no refund will be initiated in any case or conditions. It may be you have to pay the loss to the company (Ketpy) if required.

14. No changes will be done more than two times for the same component / page / website/etc.
